Coming soon

The physical card is not out yet

We would rather say that plainly than run a countdown timer. Here is everything MPay has actually confirmed about it, and what is still unknown.

Virtual card available today · physical card in development

What has been confirmed

MPay's wording, more or less verbatim: the physical card is coming soon, it will work like any traditional Visa card. Tap, swipe or insert. And it runs entirely off your USDT balance. Global shipping is planned for selected countries at launch.

That is the complete list of confirmed facts. There is no announced launch date, no published shipping fee, no country list, and no pricing.

Anyone telling you otherwise is guessing, and if they are asking for a deposit to reserve one, they are not MPay. There are active clone sites impersonating this brand.

What you get

In-person spending

Shops, restaurants, anywhere a contactless Visa card works. The virtual card is online-only.

Selected countries at launch

Global shipping is planned but staged. Which countries come first has not been published.

Same balance behind it

Funded by USDT, exactly like the virtual card. Not a separate account to manage.

Use the virtual card meanwhile

It covers every online merchant already. Nothing is gated behind waiting for plastic.

While you wait

Get the virtual card

It works today across the full merchant list. Same funding, same app.

Learn the top-up flow

Networks, confirmation times, keeping a buffer. It will be identical when the physical card arrives.

Watch the official channel

Launch news goes to the Telegram channel first. Verify any announcement against the official links on our security page.

Check the network before you send. USDT works on BEP20, ERC20 and TRC20. USDC works on BEP20, ERC20 and Base. Anything on a different chain, or any other asset, will not be credited — and there is no published recovery process.

Questions people actually ask

When does the physical card come out?

No date has been announced. What's confirmed is that it's in development, that it'll work like any traditional Visa card, tapped, swiped or inserted, that it'll draw on the same USDT balance, and that global shipping is planned for selected countries at launch. No pricing, no shipping fee and no country list have been published. If a site is taking deposits to reserve one, it isn't MPay.

What is MPay?

A Web3 payment platform that issues Visa cards you fund with stablecoins. You connect a wallet, send USDT or USDC, and the balance becomes spendable at any merchant that takes Visa — online today, and in person once the physical card ships. There's no bank account behind it and no conversion step you have to do yourself.

Do I have to complete KYC?

Not in the traditional sense, for most people. MPay's own position is that no traditional KYC is required for most users. You connect a Web3 wallet and that's the signup. Some advanced services or specific regional requirements can still prompt optional verification. We're repeating that caveat rather than burying it, because a card product that promises absolute anonymity and then asks for a passport once your money is inside is a worse deal than one that tells you upfront.

Can I use MPay from my country?

The virtual card is available in most regions worldwide, though which features you get can vary by jurisdiction for regulatory reasons. MPay hasn't published a country-by-country list, so we're not going to invent one. The physical card will ship to selected countries at launch, and those countries haven't been named yet either.

How do I know I'm on the real MPay?

This is worth taking seriously, because MPay has publicly warned that clone sites are copying their content to impersonate them and go after user funds. The official surfaces are mpay.cards, app.mpay.cards, the @MpayCardBot Telegram bot, the @MpayCard channel, x.com/MpayCard and instagram.com/mpay.card. Anything else asking for a wallet connection or a deposit is not them. No legitimate MPay channel will ask you for a seed phrase, ever.
