A Visa card that starts with a wallet, not a passport scan
No document upload, no selfie holding your ID, no three-day review. You connect a wallet and the card is yours. Here is exactly how far that goes, and where it stops.
No traditional KYC for most users · 238,000+ cards issued

What “no KYC” actually means here
Plenty of card products use that phrase and mean 'KYC later, once your money is inside'. So it is worth being precise.
MPay's own wording is that no traditional KYC is required for most users, and that some advanced services or regional requirements may prompt optional verification. That is the honest version, and it is the one we will repeat rather than dressing it up.
What it means in practice: you are not uploading a passport to get started. You connect a Web3 wallet, fund the card, and go. There is no application sitting in a queue somewhere with your identity documents attached to it.
What it does not mean: that the card is untraceable, or that Visa's own network rules stop applying, or that no merchant will ever ask you a question. It is a Visa card. It behaves like one.
What you get
Wallet connection is the whole signup
MetaMask, Trust Wallet, TON Wallet or Phantom. That is the identity step.
Details revealed on demand
The full number, expiry and CVV stay masked until you tap CHECK. Less exposure on shared screens.
No review queue
Nothing to approve means nothing to wait for. The card exists as soon as it is funded.
Available in most regions
MPay says most regions worldwide, with feature availability varying by jurisdiction. We are not going to promise you a country list nobody has published.
Getting started without documents

Connect a wallet
Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana or TON. The wallet is your account.

Fund it
Send USDT or USDC on a supported network. The balance becomes your spending limit.

Use it
Any Visa checkout online. No further verification for ordinary spending.
Check the network before you send. USDT works on BEP20, ERC20 and TRC20. USDC works on BEP20, ERC20 and Base. Anything on a different chain, or any other asset, will not be credited — and there is no published recovery process.
Questions people actually ask
Do I have to complete KYC?
Not in the traditional sense, for most people. MPay's own position is that no traditional KYC is required for most users. You connect a Web3 wallet and that's the signup. Some advanced services or specific regional requirements can still prompt optional verification. We're repeating that caveat rather than burying it, because a card product that promises absolute anonymity and then asks for a passport once your money is inside is a worse deal than one that tells you upfront.
What is MPay?
A Web3 payment platform that issues Visa cards you fund with stablecoins. You connect a wallet, send USDT or USDC, and the balance becomes spendable at any merchant that takes Visa — online today, and in person once the physical card ships. There's no bank account behind it and no conversion step you have to do yourself.
Which wallets and chains work?
Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana and TON on the chain side. MetaMask, Trust Wallet, TON Wallet and Phantom on the wallet side. If you already hold stablecoins, you're almost certainly using one of these already.
Can I use MPay from my country?
The virtual card is available in most regions worldwide, though which features you get can vary by jurisdiction for regulatory reasons. MPay hasn't published a country-by-country list, so we're not going to invent one. The physical card will ship to selected countries at launch, and those countries haven't been named yet either.
Which networks can I deposit on?
USDT on BEP20, ERC20 or TRC20. USDC on BEP20, ERC20 or Base. That's the complete list. Anything sent on a different network, or in a different asset, will not be credited. MPay is explicit about this and there's no recovery process advertised. Check the chain in your wallet before you confirm, not after.
How do I know I'm on the real MPay?
This is worth taking seriously, because MPay has publicly warned that clone sites are copying their content to impersonate them and go after user funds. The official surfaces are mpay.cards, app.mpay.cards, the @MpayCardBot Telegram bot, the @MpayCard channel, x.com/MpayCard and instagram.com/mpay.card. Anything else asking for a wallet connection or a deposit is not them. No legitimate MPay channel will ask you for a seed phrase, ever.
Why does a merchant check my card before charging anything?
It's a pre-authorisation, and it's normal Visa behaviour rather than anything specific to MPay. The merchant asks your card whether it's real and active, sometimes for $0 and sometimes by holding a small amount briefly. ChatGPT, Claude, Spotify, Netflix and Amazon all do it. The catch is that an exactly-empty card can fail that check even when the actual charge is zero, so the fix is to keep a small amount of headroom on the balance. MPay's own guidance says the same thing.
Ready when you are
Connect a wallet, send stablecoins, get a Visa number. There is no application to submit and nothing to wait on.
