Keep the servers on
Hetzner, OVHcloud, DigitalOcean, Vultr, Cloudflare, UpCloud. All billed monthly, all in euros or dollars, all perfectly happy with a Visa card that happens to be funded by stablecoins.

A failed payment on a hosting bill is not a billing problem
It is an outage. Providers suspend on non-payment, and the grace period is usually shorter than you assume. Check your own provider's terms, because they differ and none of them are generous.
The usual causes are boring and infuriating: a card that expired, a bank that flagged a foreign recurring charge, a country the provider's processor doesn't want to deal with. None of them are about whether you have the money.
A stablecoin-funded card at least removes the bank from the failure modes. What's left is your own balance, which you control.
What you get
The providers you actually use
Hetzner, DigitalOcean, Cloudflare, OVHcloud, Vultr, UpCloud Oy, Thehosting and Spaceship all appear in MPay's live merchant list. G-Core turns up in their channel.
Top up the moment you need to
A stablecoin transfer settles as fast as the chain confirms it. A bank transfer settles when the bank feels like it.
One card across providers
Multi-cloud setups usually mean multiple billing relationships. Same card on all of them.
Set your own headroom
Recurring charges fail on an empty card. Keep a month of runway on the balance and renewals stop being an event.
Paying a hosting invoice with stablecoins

Load a month ahead
Work out the monthly total across providers and fund a little over it.

Add the card once
Save it as the payment method on each provider account.

Let renewals run
They draw from the balance. Watch it the way you watch any other runway.
Check the network before you send. USDT works on BEP20, ERC20 and TRC20. USDC works on BEP20, ERC20 and Base. Anything on a different chain, or any other asset, will not be credited — and there is no published recovery process.
Questions people actually ask
Why does a merchant check my card before charging anything?
It's a pre-authorisation, and it's normal Visa behaviour rather than anything specific to MPay. The merchant asks your card whether it's real and active, sometimes for $0 and sometimes by holding a small amount briefly. ChatGPT, Claude, Spotify, Netflix and Amazon all do it. The catch is that an exactly-empty card can fail that check even when the actual charge is zero, so the fix is to keep a small amount of headroom on the balance. MPay's own guidance says the same thing.
What is MPay?
A Web3 payment platform that issues Visa cards you fund with stablecoins. You connect a wallet, send USDT or USDC, and the balance becomes spendable at any merchant that takes Visa — online today, and in person once the physical card ships. There's no bank account behind it and no conversion step you have to do yourself.
Which networks can I deposit on?
USDT on BEP20, ERC20 or TRC20. USDC on BEP20, ERC20 or Base. That's the complete list. Anything sent on a different network, or in a different asset, will not be credited. MPay is explicit about this and there's no recovery process advertised. Check the chain in your wallet before you confirm, not after.
Do I have to complete KYC?
Not in the traditional sense, for most people. MPay's own position is that no traditional KYC is required for most users. You connect a Web3 wallet and that's the signup. Some advanced services or specific regional requirements can still prompt optional verification. We're repeating that caveat rather than burying it, because a card product that promises absolute anonymity and then asks for a passport once your money is inside is a worse deal than one that tells you upfront.
Can I use MPay from my country?
The virtual card is available in most regions worldwide, though which features you get can vary by jurisdiction for regulatory reasons. MPay hasn't published a country-by-country list, so we're not going to invent one. The physical card will ship to selected countries at launch, and those countries haven't been named yet either.
